Blackwell Global Holdings Limited (the “BGI”) and the Board of Directors (the “Board”) is committed to ensure that high standards of corporate governance are practised throughout the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively the “Group”), as a fundamental part of its responsibilities to protect and enhance shareholders’ value and the financial performance of the Group.

The Board is responsible for the overall corporate governance of the Group, including adopting the appropriate policies and procedures and guiding directors, management and employees within the Group to fulfil their functions effectively and responsibly

In this respect, the Company has developed its corporate governance policies and practices in line with the principles and recommendations set out in both the NZX Corporate Governance Code.
